Note: The purpose of GC in humanitarian demining is to confirm that management practices and operational procedures for demining are appropriate and that the requirements of safe, effective and efficient manner will be achieved. The demining organizations carry out internal quality assurance; more must also be carried out external inspections by the monitoring body.
